As good as they say, if not better
We did a blind tasting with two other good quality olive oils. We liked all three but sizzle got top marks with the fresh herb taste and had a long finish with a bite at the back of the throat. It now lives best to the cooking olive oil that is more buttery and is there for finishing, salads and ice cream.

Plastic bottle is a hard pass!
I bought into the hype and tried this, it's average at best but the kicker is you're not supposed to store olive oil in plastic (in pastic you must use t quickly) as the platic leaches into the oil. A dark, glass bottle is preferred or ceramic so this is a total fail.

I use Frizzle or clarified butter for all of my high heat cooking. There is always a place for avocado oil, but Frizzle beats it hands down for high heat cooking with the flavor of olive oil.
