About the Author
Karen Arthur is a fashion designer, educator and podcast host. After working in education for 30 years, Karen founded Wear Your Happy, a fashion boutique which promotes the positive links between fashion and good mental well-being. Camilla Ru is a visual artist based in Manchester. An illustrator of magazines, books, albums, podcasts, and more, Camilla's work explores various forms of creativity--working on expanding imaginations and welcoming inspirations from life's experiences. Her previous clients have included Black Ballad, Vice, Fairtrade, BBC, and others.
