It’s simple, lightweight, and easy to wear which makes it great for warm weather — especially for the summer or during postpartum when you just want something comfortable and breezy. The fabric feels soft and breathable so it doesn’t make me hot. The length is easy to move in without feeling bulky. Because the dress doesn’t have much shape, it really doesn’t define your waist at all — which is fine if you’re focused on comfort, but I paired it with a denim jacket to get my outfit more structure and flatter my figure a bit more. The gingham print is classic and works well for casual days running errands or just hanging around. I think this would be especially nice for pregnant women in the summer or anyone in postpartum who wants something cool and effortless to throw on without a fuss. I’m 5’8” and usually a medium but ordered 1x to wear postpartum and it’s great.
