To operate the GPX Portable Cassette Player with AM/FM Radio (model CA337B) using an electric outlet, you need to purchase a compatible AC/DC power adapter. The unit itself does not come with the adapter in the box. It's designed to be powered either by batteries (2 AA batteries, not included) or an external power adapter. The user manual and product specifications state that the cassette player requires an AC/DC power adapter that provides a DC power input of 4.5V. You will need to make sure the adapter you purchase has a compatible plug and the correct voltage to avoid damaging the unit.     Great tape player

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a few months ago with a friend when we went to a CD store.When I tried my Doors cassette tape, I immediately fell in love with it.Then in October, my cassette player got stolen and I was sad.Then just yesterday,I got it again at the same CD store.The sound is clear, It's easy to use.Has a headphone jack, volume is adjustable and good.Has a switch that let's you put it on either radio or tape.Has another switch for the radio from AM to FM.It has a built in radio as well as a mic.The buttons feel amazing and satisfying.There is a clip on the back of it so you can have it out like on your belt for example.I got compliments about it.From people at college, at work, and whenever I go out.I love it

One of our favourite things to play on it is Christmas music while we decorate our home for the holiday! The music quality is much better than expected and it’s decently loud for its size. We have a small home and you can put it in a room and hear it across the house. It’s cute and portable while still giving off an oldie style and being easy to use! I would recommend this to someone looking for a cassette player thats good for traveling!
