To create the head of the open guard safety razor (Open Comb) we opted for a level of shaving depth higher than the average to allow its use both on 3 or 4 day beards and on occasional shaving. The head is made of high quality satin-finish die-cast Zamak. The handle, in AISI 303 stainless steel with hard chrome treatment, makes the product scratch-proof, anti-rust and potentially eternal.
