A: Probably such high demand since it's the only cottage cheese I can find that doesn't have junk fillers in it. I'm hoping more brands like it pop up, too.

A: It is not lactose=free. The lactose=free variety is not shown on the Target website, but it IS shown on Shoprite's website, if you would like to see what the label looks like. or buy it there.
