GREAT GLUTE WORKOUT I love my glute blaster! It's a good workout that you feel the next day. The belt fits perfectly and the foot straps are a trick to put on at first but once you do it you get it down. The belt is thick and sturdy. I can tell this item will last. I would recommend this product!

HAVE TO GIVE IT4 INSTEAD OF 5 STARS BECAUSE MY WAIST BARELY FIT :( I HAD TO TWEEK IT JUST A LITTLE TO MAKE IT FIT THE GOOD THING ABOUT THE RECCOMENDED WORKOUTS CAUSED ME TO LOOSE 2 INCHES ENOUGH FOR ME TO FIT THE BAND :)

MUCH cheaper than the alternative high prices brand and I imagine it works just as well. They only thing I didn't like was the strap around the waist kept slipping down while I was exercising; I have a small frame and didn't see a way to adjust to make it small enough. However, I was able to perform all exercises just as well and got in a great booty workout--which was the goal!

I ordered this as an alternative to another, pricier product and I LOVE IT. I have been using it for about 2 weeks and already notice a difference in how my legs and booty look and move. I'd been somewhat stalled in my exercise regimen after losing 40 lbs and this is really helping me get the tone I've wanted.

Works great. I use in conjunction with my weight work out so I dont get bored. I take it with me when I travel in case there isnt a gym in the hotel. Has a nice carrying bag.

I love this! I know you could rig something up with bands but the belt makes it more convenient and takes all the guess work out of it. I get a good workout from this and my legs end up shaky afterward. The book it very helpful to give you exercises to do. the length of the bands are good to do overhead presses with your arms as well!
