Ran across this gem at my local GNC store while holiday shopping. Ive recently gotten into yoga via YouTube videos, so i have been practicing on the floor the best i can. This kit will bring things to the next level and allow me to properly work on my flexibility, as well as have the actual block tool used within the training videos. I think this kit will help lead me into my future of daily exercise.

A good yoga kit for the money. But If you are looking for a thicker mat and a very firm block, you may not be happy with this kit.

As a beginner Yogi this kit had everything I needed to get my practice started. I think everything is good quality. Love the carrying bag for the yoga mat.
