The quality of the fabric is like the ones used for Halloween costumes

I bought this for my daughter as a last minute outfit for a school function that specifically requested a white and black attire. Not having time to go to a brick and mortar store I decided to order this outfit online. The blouse is okay, cheaply made but is wearable. The skirt is hideous, that elastic band all around the waist is just unsightly. The quality of the product is not worth your money. I paid $37.97 without tax and on sale. lol
