Cute but cheap quality and poor shipping

Damaged necklaces because of poor packing and cheap necklaces. Target wants me to mail it back before they’ll send a new one. Wish they would just let me exchange in store for the sale price but they won’t let you. No wonder so many people aren’t shopping here anymore.
