The socks are fine…. But no ruffle on the white. I bought these in store and the white pair was secured between the black and navy, so you couldn’t tell. It feels kinda like a scam/false advertising.

I purchased these for my daughter’s school uniforms. The white pair didn’t have the ruffles like the black and blue pair. The primary the reason, for this purchase was the white socks. After I went back and reviewed the item online, this is actually how it came packaged.
