GEMS Universal Phone Wristlet USB-C Cable - Yellow

Broke on first year., cracked my screen and cost me big money to fix it. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Stay far away. I think the design needs updated because it's flimsy. Just not great unless you want an easy way to break your phone

I received these products for free from the Hey, Bullseye™ sampling program in exchange for my honest review. This a nice, sturdy wristlet for my phone. Some days at work I don't have pockets, and this is an inexpensive way to keep track of my phone, which I need to carry with me. The yellow is more pastel than bright. Added bonus it can be used as a charger!

I recently got the GEMS Universal Phone Wristlet USB-C Cable in yellow and it’s honestly a really handy little accessory. I love that it works as both a wristlet strap and a USB-C charging cable, so I always have a charger with me without having to dig through my purse. The braided material feels sturdier than I expected and seems like it will hold up well with everyday use. It attaches easily and stays secure on the phone, and the bright yellow color is fun and easy to spot. It is a little bulkier than a normal wrist strap and doesn’t tighten, so it can feel a bit loose on smaller wrists, and it takes a second to line up the connectors when you actually want to use it as a charger. But overall it’s a clever, practical accessory that does exactly what it promises and makes life a little easier. I’d definitely give it around 4 out of 5 stars.

The GEMS Universal Phone Wristlet USB-C Cable - Yellow is sturdy, practical and convenient. The thick braided nylon cable is sturdy with strong metal C to C connectors. Even though its labled wristlet, the loop is way to large for my wrist. I like the connector card. This a great portable option to throw in my purse with a charging block.

I’m not a big fan of this. It’s really bulky and awkward, and it slips off my wrist all the time. I can’t really fit it in my purse or in my pocket. I understand the concept and maybe it’s cool for people who are into more industrial designs, but it wasn’t for me.

The concept is good a wrist handle that can also work as a usb c cable for your phone. But in practical use the wrist cable is very heavy to even hold on to your wrist. The knotted is good to put on a bag but holding your phone is noy very easy and keeps slipping. If the wrist cable was lighter or a way to shorten and tighten it around wrist then it would work perfectly. Plus there was no instructions.

This GEMS Universal Phone Wristlet USB-C Cable in yellow was an interesting one. There is a little plastic piece ("connector card") that is supposed to go in your phone case to attach this to it, but I have to say this thing is quite long and bulky for that. Also, the packaging did not have instructions so I wasn't even sure what that did until I looked it up online. However, I think it works well as an attachment to a backpack; having a durable braided cable with a clip and being able to unscrew the nuts to access the cable means the cable ends should remain nice and safe. The packaging and website listings don't indicate the cables specification in relation to charging power or rate, but it seems to do a decent job in line with other cables I have. For now this is sitting in my center console in my car to just have a charging cord there. Pretty versatile as a cable, just not sure about the "wristlet" part.

Great concept but the cord itself is very thick, almost industrial like. Not very flexible and quite uncomfortable if using around your wrist. The charging cable works well and is convenient when needed on the run.

This wristlet is fun and different from other available options, but it is not really great as a wristlet. It is too long and does not have a way to be adjusted to make it smaller and tighter on my wrist. This stays in place in my case and the included USB-C cable in the wristlet is a nice addition. The USB-C cables works well and fits each device well. The yellow is a nice color. If there was a way to adjust the length of cable this would be rated higher, but unfortunately I could not find a way to.

This is a great universal phone wristlet. It fits a variety of wrist sizes, has a thick band, and provides the knowledge my phone is safe. Very happy this fits well with all phone cases as well. It comes in a variety of colors too!

So, this product works just fine. It does exactly what it's supposed to do. It's a usb-c cable that is pretty portable. I don't think the plastic tab that you use to attach it to your phone will last very long but it does have a metal ring in the middle. I think it would be better to put it on a key ring and maybe even clip it to your purse. The yellow is pretty. The hardware is very chunky- I wish it were more dainty.

I was looking for a shirt lanyard charging cable that I can easily carry with me all the time, attached to my phone and this works. Gives me the max charging capability across my devices when paired with any power bank so I can charge a laptop or my phones on the go. It’s short enough so that I don’t have extra cables all over the place when charging with a power bank which is very nice.
