The battery pack may not be installed tightly. Make sure that you tightly install the battery pack into the battery compartment. Make sure when you connect the battery there is an audible click or snap sound. If there is not, then the battery has not been fully connected. I bought a new one to replace the one I dropped in the lake.OOPS When it arrived the battery that came with it was junk. I had a second battery from my first blower,but had to buy another battery.

This is an Awesome Leaf blower. It has almost as much power as a large gas powered leaf blower I own but is too difficult for my wife to use. I purchased this 24volt blower for her to use and it does more than I expected!

The unit is cordless as described and output volume is very good it’s not to heavy nor is it light but plenty manageable. I would like to see a higher capacity battery at a lil better of a price but the 2.0 amp has worked fine so far I actually purchased the blower for the battery and charger bc it was cheaper and in stock vs just purchasing the battery and charger alone for a 1/2 drive impact my wife received for reviews.

Go Green-Go Cordless
So after using my Greenworks 24 volt 22 inch hedger (please reference that review), I had to have something for clean up. That is where the sweeper came into play. This tool is lightweight and easy to use. I unpacked it with the hedger, plugged in the charger and battery. The next day I began my hedging and clean up project. The sweeper was easy to assemble, no extra tools required. I like that with a simple trigger, I can control the speed so I am not blowing dust all over the neighborhood. I use this to clean up the yard, garage and patio areas of my home. So many uses. By the way, with the 2 Greenworks products I purchased together, the batteries are interchangeable. If I owned a business, I would strongly consider purchasing Greenworks commercial grade products.

Great lightweight, light duty blower!
It’s great for using daily to blow leaves off the deck (which is why I bought it) but probably not strong enough to use on the lawn for large area clean-up in the fall. Lightweight and easy for short jobs—perfect for what I need.

Easy to use and very powerful
I absolutely love my blower no more need to grab the rake come this fall. Cleaning up after cutting my yards has never been easier. I wonderful why I wanted so long to make my life so much easier.
