No gray coverage
Does not cover gray hair 😡. I left it on for one hour and did not colored my grays 😤

It did nothing! I might as well have just put water on my hair This is my 2nd time to try Garnier and both times it did nothing! I’m going back to L’Oréal!

Salon Look without paying the Salon Price
Since I’ve been dying my hair myself, I always use Garnier Nutrisse. I’ve tried other brands but Garnier has the best selection of colors especially for brunettes. The color always comes out the most natural looking. The main reason I color my hair is to cover my greys that I seem to be getting more and more lately and getting it colored at a salon can be expensive especially when you want it done right. With Garnier Nutrisse color you get the professional look without paying the salon prices.

Disappointed! New formula… don’t buy!
I have been using this brand and color for years. My hair would always be so shiny and look so healthy… like virgin hair. They had to have changed the formula. First of all, the consistency changed. It’s like trying to spread wet Play-dough thru your hair and it drys quickly into almost a paste. It burned instantly. I rinsed after 30 min and have burn spots. That’s never happened before. When you rinse in warm water it like activates a chemical and feels like needles are poking your scalp. My hair looks so dull and is extremely dry as if I bleached it. Extremely bummed, I loved this brand. I’ll never buy it again.

HORRIBLE
I've been using this product for years. Seems like they changed the formula. I used this product recently and gotten an allergic reaction from it. DO NOT BUY. Currently at the hospital with my face all swollen, redness around my face and neck including a rash.

If you normally use 40 Dark Brown, the 30 Darkest Brown should be one shade darker and closer to a black. We wish we knew more to determine why your color turned out darker than usual. Don’t buy this product
I have used this product for years and loved it. I’m not sure what you changed or why you would change anything, but the last 2 times I used it my hair feels horrible, it has dried my hair out so bad that it feels like straw and is full of knots after I wash/condition it, no amount of conditioner can help. I will no longer use your hair color, it’s time to find a new product.

Too thick and gelatinous to use
They changed something in their formula and now it’s so thick that I had to cut the top off of the tube to get it into the bottle, it wouldn’t mix properly, and I had to take the cap off of the bottle to get it out. It’s a consistency akin to playdough, and getting it into my hair was insanely messy. Time to find a new brand.

Great product
I purchased it and then read reviews and was skeptical but it exceeded my expectations. It wasn’t too thick, I feel like if it was runnier it would get all over the place and people would complain about that. It did have a slight green appearance as it was processing, but it turned out great. It’s been over 3 months since I’ve colored, and had A LOT of grays.. but the color did what I intended, and I got the exact color I wanted, darkest brown = brown black. Overall super pleased with this product. I would definitely recommend!

I would like the regular hair color without the ultra cream The ultra cream hair color does not last long and it's not the same color as what I've been using...PLEASE bring back the regular nourishing cream!!

Too thick
I have used your hair color for years. Now it’s so thick I’m frustrated through th whole process. Why change something that was working so perfectly? I’ll be moving on to another brand of hair color.

I like it, it covers all my grey easy to wash out
I use Sweet Cola 30 even though it is thicker as well as the base color of the product is different it looks great and the same. I do notice the need to mix it with my hair color professional brush a lot extra in a bowl and apply it that way. You have to mush it extra for sure to get clumps out. If you use bottle, cut the tip lower for it to come out since it is thicker. If you use a brush llwith a bowl like the pros you will be better off.

Vegan Formula Doesn't Cover
I've been a huge fan of Nutrisse for decades and was excited about the vegan formula but it simply does not work. It does not cover completely. It leaves spotting and it fades into a weird hue. I've continued using it in spite of the problems until I can find an alternative but truly hope your amazing team can work out the issues with this formula.

Trust the process
Looks great on the box. Dark and rich. When mixing, the formula is VERY thick...and green. I mean like dark and pond scum looking. It's just awful. I decided to trust the process and it really did change color to brown the longer I let it sit in my head. Took me nearly 15 minutes for the water to run clear when rinsing it out. The water was green, by the way. The color turned out pretty nice. Deep and dark brown.

I am so sad you reformulated this-not only does it have a sickening green tinge but it is nearly impossible to squeeze the product out. Please go back to original formula and packaging!

Not happy with new hair coloring formula
I REALLY dislike the new formula! It’s way too thick and difficult to mix properly in the bottle. I shook it vigorously for 3 minutes and still had blotches of uneven coloring. Very disappointing. I’m afraid I need to look for a new product even though I’ve been using the same hair color for years.
