A: Hi, thanks for reaching out about Garmin Venu Sq 2. That's a great question! The Garmin Venu Sq 2 does not have a built-in feature to track or measure your blood pressure directly from the wrist. It does, however, track several other health metrics, including: Heart Rate (24/7) Blood Oxygen Saturation (SpO2) Body Battery Energy Monitoring Stress Tracking Respiration Rate You can manually enter blood pressure readings into the Garmin Connect app if you have a separate blood pressure monitor, and the app will track the data for you. Garmin also makes a dedicated blood pressure monitor, the Index BPM, which can sync with Garmin Connect. Helpful tool
I use my watch as a timepiece all the time, and as an exercise tool every morning. I have lost over 30# due to my watch mapping and recording my daily walks. It has paid for itself!

Excellent value, excellent display
I use only a fraction of its features but find it exceedingly useful. The display is bright and colors pop. Garmin pay is simple and effective. Only downside may be the touch sensitivity of the screen, but could be my dry finger. BTW: great battery life.

Only thing good about this is the shape
I love the shape of the watch and it functions but due to the age it seems the tech isn’t there connectivity is a nightmare. I am also coming from more advanced garmins that didn’t have connection issues and finessing it to work correctly. I just wish those garmins had the square shape

If your Venu Sq 2 is having trouble staying connected, I recommend starting by rebooting both your watch and your phone, then removing your watch from Garmin Connect and adding it back again. It may also help to use Garmin Express on a personal computer to ensure that your watch's software is up-to-date. Great except sleep tracking
sleep tracking data recorded sporadically. I have rebooted the watch, delete and downloaded the app multiple times. Verified normal sleep, age, etc. and nothing works.

My go to Garmin
I had the Venu Sq for about 7 years. It worked great but my roughhousing finally did it in. I’m loving the Venu Sq 2 even more. Bright display that is easy to read while walking or cycling (my two mainstays). I enjoy seeing my steps and my heart rate when I look at the time during the day. I’m also kept in the loop with my nutrition tracker, emails, phone calls, and texts. An excellent watch at a reasonable price.

Great Golf Features
I bought this device when I found that I could use it for tracking my golf games very similar to the Garmin S20 Approach watch that I have had for several years. Obviously, I didn't want to wear both a regular watch and my golf watch when I played golf. Because the battery in the health monitoring watch was going dead causing me to recharge it at least once a day, I was really delighted to find the Venu SQ2.

Found this item being sold brand new through a private seller. Wanted something that was a great entry way to smart watches with emphasis to tracking health. This watch does just that and more. Accurately tracks my steps, heart rate and keeps me motivated to reach my daily goals. Look forward to getting more out my venu sq2 every day.
