Very misleading photo, product too short for my needs
I purchased two orders of these (total of 12 hoops) based on the photo of the young woman standing by them. When they arrived they were way too small for my needs and too expensive to return. Months later I made the same mistake by purchasing another dozen to correct my first mistake and ... dang but I received the same order of the smaller hoops. Here is the problem which is my "buyer beware" fault ... they come in two sizes, Super Hoops and High Rise Super Hoops. I assumed the young woman was standing next to the Super Hoops which would have been perfect for my situation. and is how the product is advertised when you do a search. Not until I checked after my second "bad" order arrived did I realize she is standing next to the High Rise Super Hoops. Yes, there is a drop-down bar in the "Select Options" which describes both products but I am now out a fair amount of $$$ for two dozen hoops that are just too short. I based my purchase strictly on the picture and the product heading. I am a longtime customer and shared your site with friends and have always respected your product descriptions but dang, this is just "bait and switch" in my world. Have the young woman kneeling next to the small Super Hoops, please! Don't mislead us with items that don't match the picture. And yes, this error was "on me" because there is a very small disclaimer at the bottom left of the photo saying "High Rise Super Hoop shown. Either make that far more prominent or use the correct picture, please. I need the High Rise but will start to look elsewhere. Might have to toss my two orders of 24 ...as return shipping is very expensive for these boxes. Four boxes remain unopened but of no use to me. This photo misrepresentation just leaves a pretty bad taste in my mouth.

Quite disappointed with this product.
This product did not live up to my expectations. The frame is not sturdy enough to hold up the shade netting I was using. The slightest breeze causes it to topple over onto my plants. After experiencing a storm the welds on several hoops broke leaving them unusable. They need to be much sturdier to perform the job intended. Made of thin cheap metal with weak welds.

Very handy
I use these to support row cover, chicken wire, and occasionally in a pinch, to support plants. Additional spare connectors would be useful since they can be easily dropped or fling away if the end of the hoop with the connector isn't secured while you make the connection to the other hoop.

Fall apart in wind
Was missing 4 connectors. Put together what I could. Was up for less than 2 weeks when they broke apart in the wind. poorly constructed!!

Great for other uses!
I initially bought these to cover plants w/ row cover but discovered later that they're great for plant supports. I arch them in front of drooping plants sometimes using 2 or configuring them depending on what needs support. You can also fit tall stems through them. They look nice as well and are not distracting.

Super Hoops
I ordered a set of 6 super hoops. They look nice however I haven't used them yet. They didn't come with the inline connectors. Customer service is an hour wait on the phone and it's been over a week since I emailed customer service. No response yet. I'm disappointed as I want to start using them.

A great product I recommend to my friends and neighbors
In Southern California we have Santa Ana winds, very hot and dry weather that makes gardening challenging. We also have raccoons and other animals that ruin our garden. This product helps with too much sunlight and or wind.

Don't know why I waited so long to get these!
These are SUCH a great purchase! My previous loops were just fat coated wires which fell over when the rains hit my insect netting. These are sturdy, tall, and stay put. I have already seen a difference in being about to use insect netting without it constantly falling over and flattening my baby greens.

Since I bought the leg extenders this product will work well for me. I had thought since my bed is 3 ft wide that the hoops would be high enough to work comfortably under but alas it was not. In the future I will be purchasing the hi rise ones. Guess I will be getting another set of the leg extenders so I can make use of the 3 other short hoops I have since with them I can grow late lettuce, spinach and other cool weather crops much like mini greenhouses and cold frames for starting early in the spring.

Lasted about 4 hours until a gust of wind mangled them
These would be great if you lived in a zero wind area, does such an area exist? Maybe in a sheltered fenced backyard they would work fine. I had them up with a very lightweight frost cover on them, well supported. Within 4 hours they were a mangled mess of twisted metal and completely useless. Sturdy enough for perhaps bird netting or for low tunnel use, but not as shown in the photo description. I definitely wasted my money and now I'm back to looking for other options. I was hoping to buy a couple dozen, so I'm glad I only bought two to try out.
