The flavor and consistency are completely different and unfortunately, not in a good way. I see I am not alone in my thoughts, fingers crossed they go back to the original recipe!

Gross new recipe. Spit it out. Horrible taste horrible texture. No longer will I buy. I’ve eaten their blueberry oat muffins for many years. No more. Now I have unfinished box to toss out. Lost a long time customer folks. Yuck.

New recipe, disgusting taste
I've been buying the blueberry muffins ( made with zucchini) for years and they were great! The recipe was changed and they are now awful tasting. Can't imagine why the recipe was altered unless it was to save a few pennies, although of course there was no reduction in price. The muffins were made with zucchini in the past, and they have now switched to yellow squash. I like yellow squash, but in this muffin it ruined the taste. I've bought my last box unless they go back to the original recipe.

I’ve always enjoyed these muffins. Target online site shows previous box not the new box with bold letters “new recipe”. I didn’t read reviews first, who know I would get new product box. They are dry, after micro waving 35sec as recommended not moist, taste is not good even with butter

New recipe is terrible-reach out to the company!! I've emailed them, posted on their Facebook and Instagram. I thought I was the only one bothered by this until I looked at the Target reviews and I'm happy to see that I'm not crazy! the new recipe is terrible and it's just not the same product anymore.. I'm really disappointed, I used to eat this everyday.

New Blueberry Recipe is Disgusting!
I’ve been eating these muffins for over a year and got the rest of my friends and family hooked on them as well. The original recipe is moist, not sweet, healthy and tasted amazing. I picked up a couple packages recently and didn’t realize there was a “new recipe.” Holy heck they’re disgusting!!!! What in the world?!? Why change something that was so perfect?!!The new recipe smells and tastes sooo sweet and toxic- like a weird birthday cake or something. They literally made me sick. I couldn’t be more disappointed because these muffins were my go-to, quick and healthy breakfast along with Greek yogurt. I hope you read ALL THESE HORRIBLE REVIEWS and switch back to the original recipe. Until then, I’m throwing them in the trash and won’t be buying again. Very sad about that.

What happened to the veggies?
On the box it says the first ingredient is zucchini. The muffin on the right is the original muffin with a green tint because it obviously contains zucchini. You cant tell me the muffin on the left's first ingredient is zucchini, in fact theres no zucchini at all. Its just a regular muffin at this point.

We've eaten these consistently for nearly two years. My whole family loves them. We were surprised to receive a box of the "new recipe" that is squash based. They are absolutely horrible. Hardly any blueberries, very strong squash taste. I've written to the brand begging them to bring back the old recipe!

But whatever they changed in the recipe recently has completely ruined them. The new version tastes artificial and overwhelmingly chemical — nothing like the original recipe. The texture and flavor are totally off, and I couldn’t even get past the first bite they are that bad. I’m really disappointed because these were a long-time staple in my house, but I won’t be buying them anymore unless they bring back the original recipe.
