GAMMA Sports Hellbender Pickleball Paddle

Bought a second one since I love this paddle so much!!

This is the second time I have purchased this paddle,that answers the question of “would you buy again “. We all tend to be in search of the perfect paddle that will magically improve our game and for me this was that paddle.

Love my Hellbender. The short handle & small grip is perfect. I could tell it was the correct choice after my first game.

great paddle for the money. Surface of the paddle is rough enough to create good spin for intermediate players.

Love my new Gamma paddle. Great feeling grip, weight, and excellent control.

I have been using the Gamma Hellbender for about 5 years and I love this paddle. For my 80th birthday I wanted to buy myself a new paddle. I started borrowing and using newer and more expensive paddles to see what I liked. I decided I couldn't find a better paddle than my Hellbender so that became my present to myself. The products are great and the customer service is the best.

It is a colorful paddle. It is also very fragile feeling when hitting balls. I don't prefer or recommend it if you are trying to up your game with a paddle.

Love this paddle! Great pop. Lightweight but powerful. I keep buying it! Please don't stop making it Gamma! Friends try mine then order one for themselves. Great paddle!

Loved my Gamma Paddle until the outer band came apart! My paddle is over a year old so customer service will not repair or replace. It is in great condition, but not useable now. I will purchase a Selkirk going forward as they have lifetime warranty vs one year! I was advised by Gamma that paddles will only last about a year!

I love my Hellbender paddle itself. But I hate Gamma's customer service. With 5 months of purchasing my 2nd Hellbender, the rim around the paddle began to break away from the paddle surface and then a piece fell off completely. There had been no incident which would have caused such damage. When I sent photos to Gamma customer service they said it wasn't a manufacturing defect so I could not get the paddle replaced. I do not understand how a paddle that falls apart can be considered well manufactured. It plays very well. . . till it starts to fall apart.

i bought this paddle about a month ago. i really like the feel and the power, plus control i get from using it. the 4 stars are because it did not come with a cover and they did not have any in stock.
