Disappointed by Delayed Christmas Order and Lack of Transparency
I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience. I placed an order on December 18th with the promise of delivery before Christmas, but it was delayed and only updated to arrive after December 26th, then 29th and now showing a new estimated delivery date of December 30th. When I contacted customer service, I was told that their policy allows for a refund if there is no update within 4 days, but since there was no status update between 12/18 and 12/26, I simply expected a delivery. Instead, I was told I now have to wait until the item actually arrives before any refund or process can be initiated because it’s being shipped through a third-party vendor with the 4 day window now closed. It’s incredibly disappointing that this crucial information about shipping delays and refund policies isn’t clearly stated on the website at the time of purchase. Instead, I only learned about these limitations when I reached out after the delay. This lack of transparency and the inconvenience caused by the delay has left me very dissatisfied. I expected better communication and clearer policies upfront, especially during the holiday season when timely delivery is so important. Very frustrating experience.

I ordered this chair on 12/14, with a delivery date of 12/17. Which I turn went to a delivery date of 12/18 to 12/19 to 12/20 and now to 12/23...I would not recommend buying from this seller..items aren't shipped in a timely manner...as of this review (12/20) the item still has not shipped.

Gamers Dream Chair!

There's so many different options for colors and all you need is the little remote to select which one you want! It glows so nicely in the dark. Also, it was really easy to put together, it wasn't hard at all, and it's very sturdy. It offers great support while gaming. I can spend hours while gaming and I need a chair that's going to last and offer good support, so i'm definitely happy with this chair. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

It is great for the price.
It is great for the price. During the assembly, I could not locate the manual until half way done. (They included the manual in one of the assembly part where it was sorta hidden, nearly drove me mad) The front seat shakes a bit while sitting. I am a heavy man, so it could be the reason. Aside from that, it has been nearly 2 weeks and I enjoy it. It is ok.

This Bestier gaming chair is very comfortable and immediately became the best desk chair in my house when it arrived. Assembly was relatively easy, and the instructions were fairly clear. Everyone who has seen the chair has told me they want one for themselves. The light design is really cool looking and the remote control offers a lot of visual variety. The lights also happen to be great for getting my two-month-old to calm down when she's tantruming, which isn't necessarily an intended feature, but certainly has been nice!
