Wrong Colors Sent and Poor Customer Service
I ordered this item, but the colors I chose were not sent to me. Instead, they sent different colors — it seems they just shipped whatever was available in stock. It also arrived about ten days later than the original delivery date, and I only received it after I contacted customer service myself. When I requested an exchange for the correct colors, they told me the item was not available and that I could only return it. This level of service is disappointing and unacceptable.
