Definitely pants

Decent pants and comfortable when you first put them on but after wearing them all day they stretch out and do not return to the original size until you wash and dry them. You'll want to wear a belt with these. Also, if anyone is looking for "mutilation" free pants these do have two rivets on the back that are hard to see in the pics online.
