Awful customer service

Gunamuna has the worst customer service I’ve experience in a while… From extremely long shipping times to shipping the wrong item, then selling out of the replacement before they could get the correct item to me. I had to ask 3 times for them to refund me the price difference between the two items. The bag is okay but the material feels synthetic like polyester. Overall I would not recommend this company and was incredibly disappointed by my shopping experience.

Item takes too long to ship

It’s been 2 weeks and we still have not received the items ordered. Shipping is taking too long and you can’t reach anyone at Gunamuna’s customer service number.
