Q: we bought this and it came with srms hut the holes it shows in the instructions weren't there...we had to drill the holes ourselves... did anyone else have this issue? it made assembly frustrating.

    Perfect addition

    This was the perfect addition to our playroom, it would also be fine for guest bedroom, or even a transitional couch. Definitely plan on getting a comfy seat padding, but over time I'm sure we'll wear it down to cozy status. I now have a comfy place to sit and read to my littles and a guest bed for when my mom comes to visit all with easy assembly and an affordable price. For the people with negative reviews: you truly do get what you pay for, this futon is amazing for the affordable price and if you want better save up and spend on a better one 🤷🏻♀️.

    It was easy to assemble but took longer than expected. It is not comfortable, even as a futon with the back legs extended. Definitely don't pay full price, and maybe not even the sale price

    So worth it!

    For $144 and so worth it. Original one I got had an oil stain but exchanged it and new one is great. A little stiff in the beginning but perfect for kids, basement, or even if you can’t afford in a more expensive couch. We are using it as our main couch right now as we are in transition. Thinking about getting another!

    Just ok

    I like the way it looks in my office but putting it together was basically impossible. There aren’t enough holes for all the screws for the arm rests. I don’t like to operate power tools so I might ask my husband to drill the proper holes into it so the arm reinforcement plates can be added on at least since the arms are wobbly now. I’m not extremely upset since it was cheap, looks nice, and I actually bought it as a couch for just my dogs in my office.

    RETRACT THE BACK LEGS

    Guys, you are using the couch wrong. You have to unzip the back cushions before folding them down. Inside, you will see two legs that pop out. That is what everyone in complaining about when they say “the couch pokes them, digs into their back, etc”. When you discover this simple feature, the couch become significantly more comfortable.

    Very durable material. The cushions are relatively comfortable, but the very middle is very hard. There seems to be a wooden plank between them. Great if you own a mattress topper as a bed.

    Cannonball

    I saw this review. This was exactly my expierience. So I'm just cutting and pasting. At first glance, this looks good for small apartments but the way the back leans back over the couch make is far deeper than most sofas. There is an awful, huge, indentation in the middle (comes that way) that looks like a cannonball was left on the couch for 100 years. The other parts of the cushions somehow push against you, feeling like a troll lives deep within the couch and wants nothing more than to eject any poor soul that dares to sit on it. And as far as a bed? Try amplifying all these problems by 10. If you want a guest to leave as quickly as possible, this is the couch for you. I would never purchase this again.
