I use one tablespoon in one cup of hot water with one freshly squeezed lemon and a large pinch of gray seasalt every morning and night as well as thickening gravy and sauces as I don’t use cornstarch works great in pies too

Consistent
This gelatin works every time I make myself gelatin with half juice half water and monk fruit drops. I use this when I need to be on a liquid diet for various reasons. So much healthier than store bought.

Lemon Collagen is the best!
Absolutely LOVE the lemon collagen. I was worried it might be sweet rather than tart (I like a tart lemon flavor) but this collagen did not disappoint. Perfect balance of tart and sweet. Also love the gelatin. Not a fan of the hazelnut or pumpkin spice as they seem to stay grainy and not mix well. Everything else has been great!

Makes a difference
