Pop partner disappointment

There is no guarantee or additional care in packaging despite this being a gift or collectible item. Package arrived very damaged and no effort was taken to ensure replacement in undamaged product. Very disappointing experience with additional calls required to attempt to resolve. Only answer was return and repurchase and no product available for replacement.
