Wrong item received
Instead of sending me Rumi that I preordered, they sent me another Zoey. When asked for a replacement, they advised they can only issue a refund instead. If there was not enough to sell, don’t make it available for people to preorder only to not deliver what was purchased.

Pre-order not honored
I pre-ordered in October only to be told on December 17th that the item was sold out! I thought a pre-order was a guarantee of an order placed! I pre-ordered one of each character and now my granddaughter’s gifts are gone! How can orders be taken above what is available? Hmmmmm
