Not new, used

I’m pretty sure I received a used figure. There is like black sharpie on one of the legs, and on the back of the head is some yellow stuff that looks like dried mustard or yellow crayon. I just display them, so it’s not the end of the world, just annoying that you think you are getting something new, and it turns out to not only be used, but dirty.
