Great 📷 does everything is wanted it to do

Extremely disappointed, I ordered 2, one in blue and one in pink. Both are for Christmas gifts. The blue bundle had most items (I did not realize it too was actually missing items). The pink was missing most items. I contacted customer service chat first which they only suggested I return. I was told I could not get partial refund and that they could not contact seller to request the other items be shipped which I paid for in the bundle. I requested to speak to someone over the phone in customer service. I was transferred to target plus. The customer service was very understanding and helpful. They confirmed with this being a third party seller the process is more difficult. The options are to either return only or keep what you get even though you are missing items that you paid for with no partial refund. I explained returning is not an option as it is a Christmas gift and I was told by the chat rep I would not get items until after Christmas if they were able to get in touch with the seller, which they ended up saying they could not contact them. She was able to see I could repurchase the item and it would deliver Christmas Eve. I took a gamble and did this option. It did come a day early. I was very disappointed that it still was missing the items that were supposed to be included in the bundle. I have to return now, what an inconvenience.

There are missing items in my order. I called customer service and they were nice but all they did was say I need to return it and order a new one. I don’t want to purchase a new one. I had the money to purchase it when I ordered it and now I don’t currently have $200 to spend again and wait for a refund. I get paid on the first of January, which is way too late for a christmas gift. It wouldn’t arrive in time. Plus, there was no apology or compensation they offered me for receiving an order with missing items. I’m disappointed.

I ordered WHITE but got lavender. Sent by a second party seller, not Target. Now I have to drag it back to Target in the holiday mess as I do not want lavender.

I thought this item was packed all together in a box so I can give it away as a gift.. it came all separately and the the camera bag is not the original bag.. the one in picture has snap on button in the front (which is the original bag) the one that came didn’t have that. looks like a knockoff case. Not happy at all.

My little sister loves this camera. She has everything she needs .
