These are a staple in my freezer, yum!
There are super tasty and a staple in my house! They’re moist and soft, and the texture is light and lovely—not dense like most gluten-free baked goods. I love blueberry muffins, and these are without a doubt the easiest way to keep them available whenever I want one. I think these are much better than any other gluten-free muffins I have tried, other than perhaps boxed mixes that you have to mix and bake at home. These are even superior to muffins I’ve bought fresh at dedicated gluten-free bakeries! I keep these in my freezer at all times and when I’m craving something sweet, they really hit the spot. They are standard muffin size, which is smaller than the jumbo muffins we’ve gotten used to these days. I don’t see it as a negative. If one isn’t enough, I can just have another. I just wanted to mention this fact in case people were expecting the extra large muffins like Udi’s or that you would get at a bakery. Ready to eat gluten-free baked goods are a few and far between and the options are often not great. On top of that they are usually extraordinarily expensive! These muffins are reasonably priced, ready in about 30 seconds, and delicious. Probably my only complaint is that in the last two boxes I’ve purchased the muffins are slightly crunchy. It almost seems like raw sugar is mixed in throughout the muffin. It doesn’t affect the taste but does affect the texture and it’s not for the better. I hope this issue gets resolved, but other than that, I have no notes. I have consumed a ridiculous number of these muffins and have no plans on stopping. I am always very sad when I find out that there are no more in the freezer!

Micro plastics for breakfast, Yum? NOT
IDK about you, but I personally don’t want micro plastics in my food or my children’s food. Each of these muffins is wrapped in clear plastic and the directions say to microwave them for 30 seconds in the wrapper and then let them sit for a minute. That exposure to micro plastics in my opinion is unacceptable. 30 seconds isn’t even enough to warm them so they have to stay in the microwave even longer. The flavor is OK, but the consistency is a little gritty. I think I will stick with making my own muffins from scratch.

I bought these and the same day my daughter ate one. They were VERY MOIST, like reeeeally moist (individually wrapped). 2 days pass and my daughter wants another muffin… they were ALL covered in green and white fuzzy MOLD, every last one of them. We store our snacks in a dark cool pantry so not sure how they molded like that but… y’all WATCH OUT.
