They were fine. But you have to let them rise nine hours before you bake them. So taking that into account and the fact they weren’t as good as Trader Joe’s (which also requires an overnight rise) I wouldn’t buy them again. I ate one and threw the other three out.

Absolutely delicious 😋….take out at night before you go to bed and place on parchment paper on a baking sheet (leave on counter) then put them in the oven in the morning . Yummm as good if not better than the bakery :)

They can be finicky
they are a little learning curve for someone who's never baked, they have to rise but not in the fridge but if you do put it in the fridge then they take longer to cook so its not the easiest thing to make for the morning time. As someone who doesn't bake I had to Google how yeast rising baked goods work. Simply, its not as easy to make as store bought cookie doughs, fridge to oven. Will buy again.
