Target customer service stated that due to a “3rd Party Vendor” they could only refund my money. And I had to order the item online again. Original Order#9xxxxxxxxxxxxx992 still hasn’t been delivered and continues to show as “in transit” somewhere in Pennsylvania. Target CS person, Christina said she was limited in what she could do to help. Bad Target Customer Support!!!!!!
