Frieling Round Brotform with Liner. A Brotform yields a better rise, a crunchy ribbed crust, and superior texture which European breads are known for. They are easy to use, and the matching liner is included in this set. Simply place the liner over the brotform before placing your bread to rise. The liner keeps the brotform clean and free of flour and dough, but still allows the artisan crust to form.
