Q: Do this come with a plastic seal on top? To make sure it’s new? I got one with no plastic seal it looks as if it was open and used.

The active ingredients in up&up Fresh All Purpose Disinfecting Wipes are four types of quaternary ammonium compounds (QACs): Octyl Decyl Dimethyl Ammonium Chloride, Dioctyl Dimethyl Ammonium Chloride, Didecyl Dimethyl Ammonium Chloride, and Alkyl (C14, 50%; C12, 40%; C16, 10%) Dimethyl Benzyl Ammonium Chloride.
