A: I just bought on and it was easy to assemble. What made me return is the shelve are fabric. It reminded me of those flimsy, recycled reusable paper bags that split easily. I could not use it. No way the shelves support a medium fake plant upright.

A: Sorry, this product doesn't offer DIY options at this time, but you can shorten it during assembly. SONGMICS Notes: - During assembly, make sure that the plastic connectors are correctly aligned. - During assembly, ensure metal tubes and plastic connectors are firmly connected. - Do not move the clothes rack with shelves when items are stored on it. - For safety, be sure to secure the closet organizer to the wall with the included anti-tip kit.

What a bummer
I was excited to purchase for added storage! Until I WAS NOT ! Upon assembling and adding items to the shelves it slowly started shifting to the left . The weight of items is below the description max. No matter how many times we rearrange and readjust the bracelets it's no use . It's been a real hassle! And we've missed our window to return ! I would not recommend.

This closet storage is great!
Love that is it so much sturdier than the portable closets with the small cheap plastic connections. Do not like that I forgot to measure the space and it is pretty big. I was able to fix my error by rearranging the space but it is big. Just like the picture says.

Fraud. Deceptive pricing and target isnt doing anything to help.
This is on Amazon for 69.99 regular price. On sale now for 57.39. Since it’s a target plus retailer I can’t cancel my order 5 minutes after I placed it and they won’t price match. Now I have to wait for it to arrive just to ship it back and hopefully get a refund. I will be contacting the FTC and reporting this.
