  • A: Hi - you have to secure the shade in place on the frame, but the shade itself comes assembled, and you don't have to do anything to it in that regard. Thank you for the question.

  • A: Hi - sure, you can use this design with a wall dimmer switch. If you use LED bulbs just make sure they are dimmable and that your dimmer is LED compatible. Thanks for asking!

    Glass plate does not fit.

    As other reviewers have mentioned, the glass piece does not fit inside the perimeter of the shade. The size of the glass plate makes it so that it's impossible to position it all the way inside (i.e. resting on the supports) or all the way outside (i.e. resting on the outer rim. The result is that the glass plate rests barely crooked on the shade circle.

    Enjoying our pretty kitchen light fixture

    Love it! The price was good (was on sale), and it arrived on time and in good condition. The light fixture was fairly easy to install, and it looks darling in our breakfast area. We will definitely purchase from Lamps Plus again. One suggestion is to make the instructions larger, with a better quality image.

    Wife is very happy with the light purchased

    Very nice, subdued but classy light. Went from a 90's lantern type chandelier to a less formal and eye catching design. Liked it so much we bought a matching flush mounted light for an adjacent foyer. Simple install with good instructions.

    Not quite right, but still love it

    The first light we received had a warped piece of metal, so we had to pack it up and send it back. The new one went together easily. I love this light, but when looking at it from below you can see that the glass doesn’t sit evenly in the shade.

    Disappointed in quality

    The shade isn't well made and the entire appearance of the light depends on that feature. The glass piece doesn't appear to fit evenly in the shade so it's not consistently flush on the bottom. It just looks so cheap overall.

    Kitchen light perfection.

    Beautiful light and perfect for our kitchen. Was easy to install, we just weren’t sure if the diffused side went up or down, but put the diffused side down and it was perfect! It also compliments the chandelier we purchased for our dining room. Would definitely recommend this light.

    We bought this new light for our kitchen above our kitchen table. I just love it. It looks fantastic and gives off excellent amount of light. It is very classy looking, also. I highly recommend this light.
