This lamp is a statement piece. It was exactly what we were looking for to add a touch of elegance to our dining room - mission accomplished! The box that it was delivered in was a little tattered and torn, but the lamp was carefully secured and protected within, much to our delight. Assembly was straightforward and I was surprised at how heavy and well made the lamp is. Just a word of caution that the styrofoam packing is messy, so I decided to assemble outdoors to avoid having a mess in my house. Glad I did! We just love this lamp and anticipate it will bring us joy for years to come!

I love my new lamp. It is an eye catching lamp.

Saw this was on sale and had to have it. Looks amazing in the den. Has the look and feel of a much more expensive lamp.

They give you some pads in case the lamp is not even on the floor. Well, the reason it is not because the base comes in two parts and is very heavy. When we assembled it the top portion hangs to one side no matter how we either turn or even tried to unscrew and redo. I think for the high price this lamp should be better made. I saw so many high stars but I would not recommend it. Also, in order to put a bulb in which is in the middle of the shade you need to tip the entire lamp and need two people or get a ladder.

It is both wonderful lighting and an artistic statement piece that was perfect for a corner in our great room.
