Faulty and doesn’t fit

I purchased this few days ago and I’m unable to use it because it doesn’t fit on the toothbrush from faulty manufacturing. I can’t get it to go all the way in even with proper pressure, I’m afraid if I press harder it will ruin the toothbrush. I also purchased a hybrid replacement brush which fits perfectly and easily. There’s no warranty claim on this item so it was a total waste. I didn’t expect such bad quality from Foreo

Love this brush head

It is so gentle to the gum while doing the cleaning job perfectly. It can last for almost a year, which is good for value too.
