Good bread
I was deeply skeptical at first about this bread, however I needed to try something with healthy ingredients instead like white bread. It has a wonderful taste, and you can try it along with avocado 🥑 like me, or eggs or whatever you may like.

Healthy and tasty
I started buying Ezekiel breads when I had to reduce sodium intake. The sesame is my favorite. The texture is a bit heavy but toasting greatly improves it.

I am in bread heaven!
- I LOVE this bread! All my life, I have had problems digesting any kind of bread, especially white. It didn’t matter if it was bleached, unbleached, gluten free, wheat or organic. They all prove to wreak havoc on my intestinal tract causing bloating and severe constipation for days. I gave the Ezekiel 4:9 a try last week, and I’m in bread heaven!!! 😇 No bloating and NO constipation! Trust me, I devoured the loaf and I’m feeling good! 😂 I have it each morning toasted with ghee butter and a little homemade strawberry jelly with a cup of herbal tea. I love making my own croutons for salads and I will try using the Ezekiel bread next time. I’m also going to put a half loaf in the food processor to make breadcrumbs as well. I already know it’s going to turn out great! - PS: I did try another type of Ezekiel Bread but I didn’t like it. Ezekiel 4:9 Flourless, Sprouted Grain (green label) is the only one I personally love 💕

My partner and I have really acquired a taste for this bread. I started buying it a couple of years ago because I noticed most other breads in the store had too much added sugar and the unfrozen ones that didn’t have as much were always out of stock. I have been familiar with this bread for quite some time, years. Respect the company’s sincerity. Since it is GF, which can be beneficial, I thought I would try it. NO THANKS! Very dry and somewhat tasteless. Even as toast it is not good. I was hopeful but will not purchase again. I guess I will be baking more bread.

Love this bread!

Hearty Sesame Bread
I really like this sesame bread! I enjoy the texture of the bread with the crunchy sesame seeds and the freshness of the bread. I like to top mine with avocado or use it to make sandwiches. Highly recommend! I can't think of any other brands that make high quality sesame bread like Food for Life does.

The healthiest store-bought bread I have found!
I really enjoy this bread because of its healthy natural ingredients. It contains sprouted grains and lentils, and has no added sugar. It toasts up well, and is perfect for sandwiches, toast, or a side to a hearty soup. Personally, my favorite is this brand's cinnamon raisin bread.

My favorite!
Was so excited to see this at my Target!! I love Ezekiel products and this is one of my favorite breads, but sometimes it can be hard to find. Not only does it taste good, but it's healthy, clean and organic. The sesame is perfect for my morning toast and sammies!
