Disappointing

The description states this has a machine washable cover but there is no way to remove the cover. The description also states this chair has 3 inch foam padding but it has no padding and you can feel the bars through the fabric. I would honestly return it if the box wasn't so damaged during shipping and returning larger items is such a hassle. The chair is pretty at least.
