Q: What is the weight limit for using this playpen? I see it says 20lbs but there is also a mention that this can be used up until 24 months. Thank you.

The playpen is designed as a spacious activity area, and it can comfortably accommodate a baby and an adult lying down and playing together inside the playpen. The “up to 24 months” age guideline is provided as a general reference only, since babies grow and develop at different rates. As long as the playpen is used as intended for supervised play, it offers a safe and comfortable space for babies and young toddlers.

Q: Why do the pictures show the play mat inside the play yard, but the instructions say to put the mat under the play yard?

It can be placed inside the play yard as shown in the photos, or used separately outside the playpen.
