I’ve had these for a few months and I thought I was going crazy, but no, they are leaking from the bottom seam. Every day I lift them up and there is a puddle of soap under the bottle. I thought my kids were making a mess but after all this time, it’s the bottles themselves. Save yourself the time and hassle and get something else.

Bought 2 and Both Dispensers are Cracked
I dont know why it took me so long to figure this out. I bought these back in February of 2025. They both always leaked out soap whenever someone pumped soap in their hands and couldn't figure out why. I finally looked at both dispensers today and both were cracked when I bought them. They're a great look but terrible quality.

I liked that the pump is black- there aren't many soap dispensers with a black pump. but this soap dispenser was huge! I also missed the fact that it's acrylic. maybe good for classroom or something that has a risk of being broken. But not for a small powder room
