Damaged Box and Broken Piece

I was very disappointed when I received my order. The box was damaged, and I found a broken piece inside. I didn’t bother inspecting the item further. I was told they couldn’t replace it with an undamaged item. Despite this, I plan to order again because I love the color—I just hope my next order arrives intact. The box was quite heavy, so I believe the delivery personnel may have mishandled it. I understand that accidents happen, but they should have reported the damage and returned it instead of delivering a broken item.
