Missing all hardware - 2-4 months for replacement

Package arrived without any hardware. You have to reach out directly to the manufacturer, who after multiple emails and photos said that the warehouse must have missed them in the shipment and it will take 2 - 4 MONTHS to receive the hardware bag. Are you kidding me?! Now I have to go through the hassle of repackaging and fighting to get my money back from Target. Absolutely ridiculous. I will never order furniture from Target again.
