Gorgeous and Fun
This sled is beautiful. It doesn’t quite match the listing picture: the rope was yellow and the band across the black of the sled was black, but it’s going to be such a special toy in our family. My two year old daughter fits in it perfectly.

Very poorly sealed against moisture.
the product appears to be well made, but there is no finish on any of the underside or cut edges. The runners and entire Underside are bare wood. Nothing to keep the moisture out and keep it from swelling or swelling the wood fibers. I am having to finish it before I give it to my granddaughter as a Christmas present. I have seen a couple of these after being used and the finish appeared to be peeling off. I'm in the process of applying Marine Spar Varnish to the entire surface. The workmanship on the sleigh appears good, but the finish is severely lacking.

The sled is great and seems very sturdy. However, the pad was not for the small size sled, it must be for the larger sled. The pad is wonderfully made and I was able to make some adjustments to make it fit. Overall I am very pleased with this purchase.

We bought this sled for our 8 month daughter, since the whole family are skiers, we needed something for our baby-girl to share fun with us. In start, I wasn’t sure that the sled will be something that we were looking for, but when we received them, we were absolutely happy with our choice, because sled is awesome! The quality is great! Very well built! And the price, compare with others, Target offers really nice price. Only one thing, and I didn’t think about before, the sled will be much more comfortable with pad (which by the way, I also saw on the website, when ordered sled). Otherwise great buy!!!
