Poorly manufactured
The fabric was pulled through all of the holes that had been threaded for the screws. Making it next to impossible to get the screw threads to line up and fit tight. This chair took 2 hours to assemble when it should have been a breeze. Once the chair was together, it seemed fine. But we are only 2 days in. Visibly appealing.

This chair changed my WFH life!
I finally decided to invest in a new chair after dealing with an old leather chair that was passed on from house to house. When I say I have never felt so comfortable in a chair! The softness, the headrest, the quality was everything! It took a while for me to assemble it, but the end result was worth it. I definitely would recommend.

Love this chair!!
I bought this chair for my 10 year old son and he loves it. The leg rest is nice and the seat reclines for extra comfort.

Not that great
I bought this chair about a month ago. I had a problem attaching the back rest to the seat portion of the chair because the holes did not line up that easy and the bolts seemed too short because it took some effort to get the threads to start. Also, I wish the chair would be able to riser higher. I am 5'9" and the chair sits too low for me and that is when I have the chair raised to it's highest position. Finally, the seat does not have that much cushion. My old chair has more than this chair. I can't see a gamer sitting in this chair for hours playing games. I would have rather had more cushion in the seat than the chair coming with a head rest, foot rest and lumbar pillow.

Over-priced
Nice at first but the padding in the cushion wears out within a week of use. Arm rests swivel around/don’t stay in place. Would have much rather spent a little more for much better quality.

Not fully reclining
With work-from-home looking like it will never end, I decided to buy a real chair for my home office. the good is that this chair is very comfortable, and has seriously decreased my back pain. However-- the chair does not fully recline as described (maybe about 150 degrees?) and the footrest only extends a few inches. If the footrest extended even six inches more it would be much more useful.
