    Good chairs. Assembly required

    The durability and design of these chairs is really nice. They look as pictured - I got the walnut finish. I’m giving them 4 stars because the assembly process was very difficult and has a lot of room for error. Make sure you align the wood properly and don’t strip the screws.

    Sturdy and attractive

    The product was terrific. Sturdy and attractive. There was some damage to the metal pieces of some of the chairs and I did not unwrap all the chairs for a while. Not enough to replace them. But recommend unpacking and unwrapping and inspecting immediately. We had another issue, but customer service took care of it right away. I would definitely purchase from this seller again.

    Too many instructions

    Once put together they are a great set of chairs but to get them together is a very different story. It came with three different instructions to set it up and two different screws. Luckily I was able to figure out how to put together but since there were different screws, one set would have gone straight through and possibly splintered the chair and the other set was the perfect screw. I ended up using three screws in each chair and seems to be working well.

    Great chairs Need new seats

    We have had these chairs in our coffee shop for several couple of years. The stand up great! Some of them get put outside for weeks in a row. Those padded seats are ruined. We would like to buy new pads for the chairs, but can't find them on the website. Please help.

    Only 3 out of 12 chairs sit LEVEL ON FLOOR!!

    Ordered 12 chairs, spent at least 2 hours unboxing and wrapping them. Cannot complain to muc about that I guess, very secure for fraight shipping. The biggest issue is the fact that 9 of the 12 chairs do not sit level on a flat floor!! I'm not talking a tiny little wabble, you can wobble side to side while sitting in them. No adjustments possible so I'm stuck with them...
