My 1 year old grandson loves this and plays with it for 20-30 minutes at a time. He can pick out the bunny and the fishy but is not consistent with the kitty and doggie. He is sometimes able to put the shapes in the right holes. He loves opening and closing the door, putting things in and taking them out. Not bad for a 1 year old.
