[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My niece, who just turned 1, has really enjoyed playing with the elephant. She carries it around everywhere she goes. She will play peek a boo with others and by herself by holding the elephant into her face and covering her eyes with its ears. Then she laughs and laughs. The elephant is super soft, has just enough crinkle noise that comes from its ears and it holds up perfectly in the wash.

Its not only super soft and easy to grip, but the perfect size to cuddle as well. The plush ears make for a safe material to either rub their face or try to teeth on for any relief!

He loved the silky feel of the silky feel of the ears. The vibrant colors kept my son engaged. The materials are very durable since my son chews on everything while teething and I had no concerns with any seems or the materials.

Easy to take in the car or shopping. The eyes are stimulating, and the fabrics are great for cuddling. The textures are soothing, and the colors were pleasing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Fisher-Price Planet Friends All Ears Lovey Baby Sensory Toy, Plush Elephant as part of the Play, Rate, Review program. This “lovey” is intended for newborns to 3 year olds. My 18 month old grandson was not a big fan of this elephant. The colors are muted and the ears are very oversized compared to the body of the elephant. Each part of the elephant’s body is a different texture. Personally, I thought that the blue fabric on the inside of the left ear was scratchy. The other fabrics were soft and good for cuddling. Also, the there is a “vest” on the elephant which is confusing since it’s too small for little hands to hold on to. Overall this “lovey” is smaller than similar items and not as easy to snuggle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Fisher-Price Planet Friends All Ears toy is an excellent source for developing sensory skills! For instance, the inner parts of the ears have different textures (as well as are different colors). This aid in sensory skills development is a prominent benefit in our book, in addition to the promotion of security and happiness (as advertised). Lovey has certainly provided all accounts. One of the most notable features (other than the absolutely enormous, lovable ears) is that the ears are extremely soft. We love that the fabric is 90% made from recycled plastics (which should be a huge selling point for other environmentally-conscious consumers), and that it is machine washable (and able to withstand a good washing. Hopefully, this will remain similar throughout extended washing cycles with time). There is also an attached string at the back of Lovey’s head, which can be placed on a baby mobile. This has come in handy on our recent holiday travels on the road for long durations. It also helps that one of our daughter’s favorite play animals is the elephant, so her attention may be a bit more consumed with that aspect as well. In our household, the softness of Lovey’s body was not agreed upon entirely. While one argument was that the body should be softer, I think that it is perfect for aiding in dexterity (and when teething-time comes around, it probably will be helpful there, too). Overall, we are definitely satisfied with this product. It is an excellent creation. Thank you, Mattel!

There are no hard parts on it which is nice since she likes throwing it around. Plus it can be thrown into the washing machine to clean. Only thing I do not love is the little vest, as she tends to pull on it like it should not be there.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a nice soft toy for babies to chew on and cuddle. The trunk is especially attractive to the baby for chewing. It’s great that it can be machine washed since a lot of stuffed toys like this are spot clean and hand wash only. I highly recommend this toy to be introduced to a newborn or up to 3 months old. In my experience, babies that age would enjoy it best and it’s so soft and light, perfect for that tender age. An ideal first toy. I had to take 1 star off because my 11 month old boy is not very interested in it at all. I can see how it would be better if introduced to a younger baby. However, even with that, it could still have some more interesting aspects like crinkles or rattling.

My little one takes her fingers along the edges of the ear as she drinks her bottle and it completely calms her. Love that the are made from recycled materials.
