Cute but didn’t receive instructions not the little feather 🥲

Horrible horrible horrible. Instructions are not helpful, I started my period today and had to take a few minutes to cry because of how frustrating and overwhelming this product was.

got the cat scratcher mini van last year and it lasted all the way to this Christmas however this one fell apart in a week

bit tricky to put together but cats love it. top needed taped to the bottom from the sides to make a little more sturdy. Will purchase again

Horrible directions

Not worth it. Gave 2 stars because it is cute when put together but the instructions are terrible! Just use the picture to help you. Purchased it when it was on sale. Would not have paid full price!

I have purchased many of these novelty cat scratches of this brand. this is the first one that almost immediately fell apart.

I purchased this on a whim in the store this week. I have bought and built many similar cat scratchers in the past, but when I opened this one and saw the directions it felt like I was having a stroke. I genuinely stopped building it so that I could come check the reviews, and once I saw I wasn’t alone I felt so much better. Like many others here, I ended up building this by just looking at the image to figure out what went where because the instructions are completely useless. While frustrating to assemble, it IS cute and our cats love it. I’m just not sure it was worth the headache.

I wish I could give it a zero star!!!! Terrible instructions!!! Impossible to build without losing your cool! Hate it, hate it, hate it! Never buying this companies crap again!!!!!!!!

The worst instructions ever!! I was a home builder for 40 years and this took over an hour to put together !! Please update the instructions for other purchases !

Once you hire a team of engineers, you should have this thing together in less than an hour, and the cats will love it!

The instructions are HORRIBLE to begin with nothing is labeled. It’s also really hard to assemble/build I have gotten other ones just like it that were way simpler I do not recommend this at all I was getting it for a gift for my cats for Christmas and it’s not a good scratcher for them.

I have never seen directions this horrible in my entire life. It took 3 hours just to figure out how to successfully put it together. flimsy material, not worth the cost or effort. I think I lost a few iq points doing this project.

Wife bought thinking this would be easy to set up, nothing was labeled to tell you what was what. You need a PHD and a Doctorate to put together flimsy cardboard. If it were me I would recommend not buying even if they gave you a million dollars to take it.

if you like paying 15 dollars or more for flimsy cardboard that takes an engineering degree to put together with it's terrible instructions and design (and I've put things like this together plenty of times), then this is the perfect product for you!

Ever since Boots & Barkley re-engineered their double decker cat scratchers, they've been holding up nicely, but this design isn't holding up the same. The bakery scratcher just went into the recycling bin, and I'm already replacing this fishing stand. I suspect the width of the booth has something to do with the weaker structural integrity than the bakery design. I hope the new design is released soon so we can just move on from this one.

I agree with other reviewers who found this difficult to assemble. I have built cat condos and literal pieces of furniture with less effort. Also agree the instructions were not clear. At least one piece was mislabeled. Just not worth the effort, tho one cat really likes it. Not sure it will hold up long.

omg this was so unbelievably difficult to put together only for one of my cats to cave in the top after a week! the directions were terrible and i’d never buy this again!!! the only plus is I have the two cat scratchers that they can use!
