My daughter is 7 and has struggled greatly with A.D.H.D. and O.D.D. I've tried so many things to get her less distracted, make quicker decisions (a few minutes vs. a half hour). Control of her mind and self. Prevent lashing out and her not knowing why. The effort helps, but still isn't great. I found first day vitamins and dietary vitamins. Started giving them to get like clockwork. When they were given consistently, her focus and behavior was noted and commented on by the staff at school. Nightmares and night terrors. I bought the nighttime gummies. Within 2 days, she was sleeping soundly through the night. No nightmares and waking up easier. Better sleep helped to get her through the day successfully. Her diagnoses have the doc wanting meds. When she's with me and has her first day routine, I don't want to start meds. They are not cheap, I have to budget to afford them every two weeks (I have two daughters). Hate the price, but I can't sacrifice the progress my youngest has made since starting the First Day rogue routine. Give them a try, be consistent, see the benefits. This is a review for my neurodivergent daughter because she is the one I saw the changes in. I give them to my oldest neurotypical because of they are good for my youngest, they are good for my oldest.
